Black Swamp Driving Club December 2005 Newsletter

Hello Everyone,
We hope you had a Merry Christmas and are having a wonderful New Year.
We are thinking warm thoughts until we can actually feel the heat again.

The Black Swamp Driving Club had it's annual banquet at the Palmer House
in Galion.  The food and fellowship were great.  The entertainment for
the evening was provided by Joe Bell and his auctioneering antics.
Everyone seemed to have a great time.  Several people were elected as
board members.  Roger Higgins Sr. and Joe Bell will serve a three year
term with Fred Thompson serving for one year.  Julie Murphy and Mary
Elliott were guilted into writing the news letter for the upcoming
year.  Board members will choose officers at our January meeting.  The
meeting will be held at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Findlay (935 West
Bigalow St.) on the following dates;  January 15th, February 12th, March
12th, April 9th. Please bring your favorite finger food to share and
meet us there at 2:00 pm.  We look forward to seeing you all.
