The Black Swamp Driving Club held a meeting on April the 6th in Findlay. The meeting was opened by Roger Higgins Sr.. The treasurers report was given by Angie Hoehenbrink, and the secretarys report was given by Sandy Young. Both reports was approved as read. We welcomed Linda Spears back from her mishap on the ice. It was nice to have her back. We also had a past member join us, Brandy Eckard, we were glad she could come again. Congratulations to the Bonifas family. They had a new baby girl on April 1st. We also had a report about Harvey Fairchild. Harvey fell on the ice and broke a rib. We wish him a speedy recovery.  At this point, the Club was asked a question from Mary Elliott. Are we going to Malabar? The answer was "yes", we had a great time last year. Mary is checking on the dates, that's why I listed her drive above as pending. We had alot of discussion about the drives. We coordinated the dates and times which took awhile to complete. While this was taking place, there were other dates of other events going on as well. Some of the things happening were The drive at the Kentucky Horse Park, it will be held on October 10th thru the 12th. The All Horse Parade in Delaware, Ohio is on September the 7th.
